Ed Stafford

Ed Stafford is a British explorer and adventurer who is best known for being the first person to walk the length of the Amazon River. He is also an author, television presenter, and public speaker.

Born in 1977 in Peterborough, England, Stafford was raised in a family of adventurers. His father was a mountaineer and his mother was a sailor. He has since gone on to complete several other expeditions, including a walk across Mongolia and a kayak journey down the Nile River.
